Dr. Siri Sonty was born and raised in Chicago, IL.  She received her medical degree from the prestigious Northwestern University, Chicago, IL where she participated in both the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) and the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP), with PhD studies examining the brain anatomy of language processing using functional MRI in patients with various dementias. 

 

Dr. Sonty received her internship training at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX, and residency training in Adult as well as Pediatric Neurology at University of Toronto in collaboration with the University Heath Network and the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, ON. She received fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology at the Nicklaus (Miami) Children's Hospital and Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL.  

 

Dr. Sonty is delighted to be joining the Design Neuroscience Center in Doral and is accepting both pediatric and adult neurology patients.
