Our Clinic

Design Neuroscience Center, LLC (DNC) is an out-patient Neuroscience Center that offers a comprehensive approach to the Evaluation, Treatment and Rehabilitation of Patients with various neurological conditions. DNC combines a traditional disease model with a holistic wellness approach for prevention and early detection neurological disease and disorders. Our physicians and staff focus on the treatment and restoration of an individual’s physical, emotional and cognitive capabilities to allow them to return their activities of daily living

Who We Are

Design Neuroscience Center (DNC) has been serving the community since 2006. The medical team is led by competent, well trained board certified neurologists with subspecialty training in Neurological Rehabilitation and over 50 years of cumulative experience in the field. DNC manages a range of programs that addresses functional limitations, which includes but is not limited to our outpatient rehabilitation program. Our goals are to utilize cognitive, neuro-pharmacological and physical methods to re-develop, enhance and adapt our patient’s functional skills to facilitate independence in activities of daily living and successful re-entry into the community.

What We Offer

Design Neuroscience Center (DNC), also provides outpatient rehabilitation services, offering comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation care designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.

DNC provides evaluation and treatment services and programs to patients with various types and levels of neurological disorders in a boutique practice setting. The Center enhances outcomes by delivering neurological and rehabilitative care and treatment utilizing an integrative interdisciplinary team approach. Our center provides a wide range of physical and cognitive rehabilitation services utilizing skilled, on site Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapist, and Neuropsychologists.

Interdisciplinary Approach

Our qualified rehabilitation experts work together to develop a plan of care that is tailored to the patient needs and recovery goals. The team develops programs with specific timelines, treatment schedules, treatment modalities and recommendations with protocols to track patient progress. DNC’s mission is to implement a customized program with flexibility to meet the needs of each patient depending upon their level of disability and their ability to reintegrate into their community.
