• Screening

  • Temperature is measured before anyone can enter clinic​

  • Patients are asked screening questions prior to and when arrive at clinic

  • All employees are prescreened prior to arriving at facility

• Face Mask Policy

  • All staff must wear masks at all times​

  • Patients are to arrive with their own mask and wear while in facility

• Physical Distancing

  • Demarcations have been added throughout clinic to reinforce distancing​

  • Wait room capacity is kept at a minimum

• Enhanced Cleaning

  • All patient care areas are disinfected after each patient visit​

  • Common areas including door handles, chairs, etc are periodically sanitized

  • Cleaning services clean clinic on a daily basis

• Tele-Health

  • Virtual visits including phone calls are available for most appointments  ​

  • Please inquire with staff prior to your visit
